Exchange Policy
- Satin has no refund policy.
- We allow products to be exchanged within 10 days of receiving it. All exchanges and returns must be sent back to the address provided by Satin at the customer’s expense.
- The item must not be worn, washed, or altered. Also, please note that the article must be in it’s original packaging, with all tags intact.
